Market Rules

Tents/canopies with 20-pound weights are mandatory. Any exceptions to this
requirement must be approved, in advance, by Matt Russell (Sports Coordinator).
• Trash: Vendors cannot use local dumpsters or trash containers. Vendors must
remove their own trash.
• In your booth you must have available
o Health Department License (Food Vendors)
o Proof of Liability Insurance (Food Vendors)
o Proof of Food Handlers License (Food Vendors)
A. I do hereby release and forever discharge any individual, group of individuals, or entity involved in the Activity, including, but not limited to the District and any of their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns (hereinafter "Service Providers")

B. I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this Activity. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Service Providers against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought tome or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or anyone else acting on my acting on my behalf. If Service Providers incur any of these or other types of expenses, I agree to reimburse any such costs. I acknowledge that Service Providers are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of Service Providers.

C. I acknowledge that the Activity may involve a test of a person's physical and metal limits and may carry with it potential for death, serious injury and property loss. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, lack of hydration, condition of volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials and event monitors, and/or producers of the Activity. I acknowledge that I have read the previous paragraphs and know, understand, and appreciate these and other risks that are inherent in the participation of the Activity. I hereby assert that any participation in said Activity is voluntary and knowingly assume all such risks. Name or Likeness for Commercial Purposes.

D. The District is permitted to use my name or likeness for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to the right to use pictures taken of me at the Boardman Spring Bash for marketing and social media purposes as well as any images or videos posted online by my business relating to the special event. *
