Youth Self-Defense

Learn self-defense techniques with Hans Rockwell!

$60/per session or Drop-In at any time for $10

Classes will focus on grappling-based self-defense including wrestling, judo throws, and Jiu-Jitsu submissions and holds. Learning Self-Defense techniques give youth lifelong skills that they can continue to build upon no matter what age they are.

Youth Basketball Clinics


Where Basketball Is Born is a local organization that has started offering youth basketball clinics for ages 2 and up. Coach Davis has over 15 years of experience playing, training, and coaching at the collegiate level and for the NBA G League. He also served as a player development coach for the WNBA and has coached in the area for many years.


Clinics Offered:

  • Little Dribblers: Wednesdays 4:15 P.M. to 5:15 P.M. $50 or $15 Drop-In Fee. Ages 2 to 5
  • Big Dribblers: Fridays 9 A.M. to 10 A.M. $65 or $15 Drop-In Fee. Ages 5 to 9
  • Train and Play: Fridays 10:15 A.M. to 11:45 A.M. $100 or $25 Drop-In Fee. Ages 9 and up

Ages 6 to 12

Fridays 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Kids Scape will take place each Friday when school is not in session.

Easter Egg Hunts!

Underwater Egg Hunt at the Pool! $5 entry fee, you MUST pre-register online! April, 8th starting at 1 pm. Ages 0-17 welcome. Each participant will go home with a goodie bag.

In addition, we are adding an Accessible Underwater Egg Hunt Session at 3 pm for individuals with disabilities of all ages. All eggs will be floating, in the shallow end of the pool, the chair lift will be accessible, and extra lifeguarding staff will be present.

The Marina Park Egg Hunt will begin at 10 am sharp on Saturday, April 8th! Make sure to get there early, the egg hunt will begin when the fire engine goes off! For ages 2 to 12.

Zumba 2

Fitness Classes

We offer Zumba, Yoga, and H.I.I.T. exercise fitness classes and step aerobics with Latin dance rhythms. Check the Front Desk for more details.

Low Impact Water Fitness.

Aquatic Classes

We offer both low and medium impact water aerobics classes which are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular. No swimming is required for either class. We also offer swimming lessons for all ages and abilities. Check at the Front Desk for more information.
