Monday & Wednesday 5:30am-6:30am

High Intensive Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time!

This class is an exercise fitness program involving dance and aerobic movements, performed to energetic Latin and international music.

Monday & Thursday, 5:00pm - 6:00pm

STRONG by Zumba is the new group fitness class that is taking over the world. It combines high-energy music with high-intensity movement to get you sweating. It's more than a new type of class, it's a new way to get STRONG.

Zumba Step

Monday & Thursday, 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Zumba Step is a lower-body workout that incorporates Zumba routines and step aerobics with Latin dance rhythms. Tone and strengthen legs and glutes with a gravity-defying blend of Zumba routines and step


Low Impact Aerobics

Tuesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Wednesday 4:30pm-5:30pm

This workout is a form of body conditioning and resistant training while using light weights and a series of stations that will target strength building or muscular endurance needed for a healthier body and mind. These classes are held in the Aerobics Room and Cardio/Weights Room.



Mondays (Yin) 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

This slow-flow class will deepen your knowledge of Yoga postures. This practice builds core strength, balance, and flexibility.

Wednesdays (Power Vinyasa) 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Power Vinyasa is a guided vinyasa practice based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Tradition using a dynamic sequence of postures. This class has an athletic feel and is designed for the more advanced student. Bring a water bottle and a small face towel.

Instructor: Lili Sanchez

After suffering an injury in 2017 while training for a marathon, Lili turned to Yoga after all other therapies failed to heal her. This experience changed her life and after seeing the huge positive impact yoga had in her life she dedicated her career to becoming a Yoga Instructor. In May 2018 Lili attended Namaspa, and after 200 hours became a certified Yoga Teacher. Lili believes that Yoga is for everyone and every body. Her intention is to share what she has learned and empower her students to begin their journey into power over their wellness.

Adult-Self Defense

Tuesdays: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Fridays: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Great for all skill levels! Our instructor Hans Rockwell will teach you the basics or help you hone in your existing skills. Class focuses on self-defense techniques including grappling, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu.
