High Intensive Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time!

Low Impact Aerobics
Tuesday & Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
This workout is a form of body conditioning and resistant training while using light weights and a series of stations that will target strength building or muscular endurance needed for a healthier body and mind. These classes are held in the Aerobics Room and Cardio/Weights Room.
Monday & Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Our instructor Lili is excited to lead you in our new yoga class! Experience rejuvenation and empowerment by joining us. This is an all levels class where you will learn how to create space for natural healing. With the use of breath and movement you will achieve body awareness, flexibility and strength in a fun and welcoming space. All classes taught at room temperature and props provided. Grab a friend, water bottle, and come as you are!
