Part Time Office Assistant

Supervisor:                 Finance/HR Manager

Regular Hours:           20 hours week

Schedule:                     Flexible schedule Monday-Friday

Wage:                         $ 16-17 hourly DOQ

Summary: Under supervision of the Finance/HR Manager; provides office support for the Boardman Park & Recreation District main office and the Boardman Pool & Recreation Center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs mail and bank deposit run for the Recreation Center and Campground
  • Maintains files in Finance/HR office
  • Maintains District website
  • Responsible for social media posts for Recreation Center and Campground
  • Designs and distributes flyers, posters, brochures, etc. for Recreation Center and Campground
  • Create new hire packets as needed for HR
  • Other duties as assigned.
